How to Place an Order
To place an order with us, please follow these elegant steps:
- Explore Our Collection: Browse through our exquisite selection of products. Once you find something that captures your interest, select the appropriate size. Our size chart is available for your convenience.
- Add to Cart: After making your selection, simply click 'Add To Cart.'
- Review Your Selections: Click on the cart icon at the top right of the page to review your chosen items. You may continue shopping or proceed to finalize your purchase by selecting 'Checkout.'
- Complete Your Purchase: Confirm your shipping address and choose your preferred method of payment. To complete your order, click 'Place Order' and look forward to the arrival of your luxurious new purchase
How Do I Know if My Order Was Placed Successfully?
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email/whatsapp message containing your order details and order ID. Additionally, you'll receive a notification once your order has been shipped with the details to track order. From there, simply sit back, relax, and anticipate the arrival of your exquisite purchase
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
To check the status of your order:
- Log In: First, log in to your account.
- Navigate to Orders: Click on the Menu bar on the left side of the screen, then select 'My Orders.' Here, you can view the status of your current order and your order history.
- Order Details: Click on the specific product or Order ID to see detailed order status.

You can check the order confirmation Email/Whatsapp message that you received immediately after placing your order. Once your products have been shipped, you will be notified via Email and WhatsApp. If there are any delays or complications, we will promptly inform you via Whatsapp with updated shipping and delivery timelines.

How do I make payment
As soon as you check out, you will be offered payment options. Please select as per your convenience and your payment will smoothly go through
What to Do If Your Payment Fails
If your payment fails, please try again, keeping these points in mind:
- Ensure all provided information is accurate, including account details, billing address, and passwords (for Net Banking). Also, verify that your internet connection was stable during the transaction.
- If your account was debited despite the payment failure, the amount is typically refunded to your bank account within 10 business days.

Can I Get My Order Delivered Faster?
Currently, we do not offer an expedited delivery service. If we introduce this option in the future and your area is eligible, we will notify you. Thank you for your understanding
Can I Add More Products to My Order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed and accepted, you cannot add more products to it. To purchase additional items, please place a new order
What Happens If My Shipment Is Delayed?
You’ll be kept informed about any delays via whatsapp. If your order is yet not delivered within 10 working days, you can email us at contact@miphoria.com. We will do our best to expedite the delivery and get your order to you as soon as possible
Why Isn't the Cash On Delivery (COD) Option Available?
If you don't see the Cash On Delivery (COD) option, it means COD is not available for your postal code.
Is there an additional charge on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?
Yes, there is an Additional charge of Rs. 100 on COD orders.
Shipping and Tracking
How Long Will It Take for My Order to Be Delivered to me?
You can track your order by navigating to the track order page in the website footer. Usually once shipped, orders in India typically arrive within 1-4 business days in metropolitan areas and 4-7 business days in other regions. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping address and other factors such as public holidays or extreme weather conditions etc.
When Will My Pre-Order Products Be Shipped?
We aim to ship pre-order products on the date specified in the product description. However, there may be slight delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a surge in demand. We will like to assure you that our customer experience team will keep you updated on the status of your order.
Are there Any Additional Shipping Charges?
Miphoria offers free shipping on all orders above ₹2000/- within India. For orders below ₹2000/-, a shipping fee of ₹150 applies. The prices above are excluding GST
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you'll receive an email, and WhatsApp notification with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website Miphoria.com. Go to the 'Orders' section in the top right corner, then click on 'Track Order' for the specific Order ID. You can also track your order by navigating to the track order page in the website footer and entering the order ID there.
What should I do if my Order is Undelivered?
If the order is not delivered within 4 to 7 days ,you could please write to us at contact@miphoria.com. We will ensure that our customer experience team contacts you at the earliest and resolves it for you either by way of ensuring product delivery at the earliest or by way of refund .
Return and Exchange
What are the Return Policy Terms
- Return Window: Customers can return their orders within 14 days of delivery. We offer reverse pickup for most pin codes. For non-serviceable areas, customers will need to ship the products back themselves.
- Hygiene Standards: Returns may be refused if the item appears to have been worn, washed, soiled, or the tag has been removed.
- Defective Products at delivery: For defective products please raise a return request mentioning the reason for return.
- Combo Packs: If returning an item from a combo pack, the entire pack must be returned. Partial returns are not accepted.
- Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
- Exclusions: To ensure hygiene, we do not accept returns for certain products, including but not limited to masks, boxers, shorts, sweat-activated t-shirts, and socks. Miphoria reserves the right to update this policy and the list of excluded items without prior notice.
In case I return the products, will the COD/Shipping/Gifting charges be credited back?
No. These are charges applicable each time an order is placed and are non-refundable
My product has been picked up but I have not got my refund yet.
If it has been 24-48 hours since the order has been picked by our courier partner. Your money will be refunded to the same account with which you made the payment. For COD orders, the money will be refunded to your bank account in the next 7 days after pickup.
If I return a product that I purchased at a discount, will I receive a full refund?
No, you will only be refunded the exact amount you paid for the product
Will COD/Shipping/Gifting charges be refunded if I return the products?
No, COD, shipping, and gifting charges are non-refundable. These charges apply each time an order is placed and will not be credited back in case of a return.
Other FAQs
Will I automatically receive marketing emails after registering?
Yes, after registering with us, you will automatically be subscribed to our marketing emails and SMS messages. If you prefer not to receive these communications, you can opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in any of our emails
Do you offer gift packaging?
We are currently not able to offer gift packaging. We will soon provide this facility as well.
Request to Remove Price Tags or Invoice for Gift Orders
Unfortunately, we cannot remove price tags or the invoice from the package, as they are necessary in case the recipient needs to return the product. The tags ensure that any issues can be resolved smoothly.
