Refund policy

WHITEFAWN PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 14 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • WHITEFAWN PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

  • For defective products please raise a return request within 14 days of receiving the product mentioning the reason for return. 

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, please raise a return request within 14 days of receiving the product mentioning the reason for return. 

  • In case of any Refunds approved by the WHITEFAWN PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

  • Return Window: Customers can return their orders within 14 days of delivery. We offer reverse pickup for most pin codes. For non-serviceable areas, customers will need to ship the products back themselves.

  • Hygiene Standards: Returns may be refused if the item appears to have been worn, washed, soiled, or the tag has been removed.

  • Defective Products at delivery: For defective products please raise a return request mentioning the reason for return. 

  • Combo Packs: If returning an item from a combo pack, the entire pack must be returned. Partial returns are not accepted.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.

  • Exclusions: To ensure hygiene, we do not accept returns for certain products, including but not limited to masks, boxers, shorts, sweat-activated t-shirts, and socks. Miphoria reserves the right to update this policy and the list of excluded items without prior notice.
